Shore services are so important than its correspondent offshore campaigns. An untethered or broken link on a supply chain can imply in operational failures including a multitude of unplanned events and incidents. Brazilian offshore activities had lived a boom on the last 10 years while the existent port facilities are still depreciated and lacking in general structure and resources to attend the minimum expected standard.
